Cisco Quality Manager 11.5 credential policy when LDAP IS NOT ACTIVATED

Hello,

We need to install Cisco QM at the client, and for different reasons we cannot enable LDAP synchronization in Cisco QM.

Passwords will be managed locally in QM for those who need to access the web page either for listening or for administration. I did not find anything in the documentation that explains how to manage the credential policy to force users to change their password on a regular basis. Does anyone know how to configure for credential policies when QM is not synchronize LDAP ?

Unfortunately, we might not be able to enforce any password policy for the local users created in QM.

Integrating Cisco QM with Active Directory would be the best possible way to manage users from Active Directory instead of setting up passwords manually in Cisco QM Configuration.
