Cisco Supervisor Desktop Supervisors Not Showing As Agents

Hello! 

I'm a CCX rookie and am looking for some assistance with a small problem. One of my users is set as a supervisor and currently operates as such - but his name does not show in the agents list as well as the supervisors list. I assume this is a simple setting but I'm not quite sure where to look. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

There's a chance that he's a supervisor but not assigned to belong to any team. Go to: Subsystems -> RmCm -> Resources.

Find the user, go into it's settings and verify if he's assigned to a Team, and if he does, that he's assigned to the correct one.
