Hi,
I am facing issue where the 7925G phone used to login to phone service configured on CUCM 9.1 to connect to UCCE PG 9.0 CAD and agents were able to login as agents.However now as we have upgraded to UCCE 11 and CUCM also to 11 I cannot login to 7925 G phone.
It gives me service unavailable I checked the old PG server and new PG server under the tomcat I see same files nothing special
I am wondering if cisco discontinued this method and now we have only Finesse IPPA option ??

Hi DJ,
7925G doesn't list as supported for CCE both packaged and host versions.Check below.thanks

It says
Packaged CCE and Cisco HCS for Contact Center Support
I have UCCE also in IP Phone Agent (Finesse or CAD) it does say supported but in design guide only Finesse option is given.
Can someone please confirm that this setup will not work

Hi,
So I checked with Cisco AS and checked the design guide CAD IPPA is not supported in UCCE 11 but it is in UCCE 10.5.
I did the Finesse IPPA config and it worked however they have said 7925G is not supported gfor Finesse IPPA but mine did work and agent was login
