I recently had need to change a Team Name during the setup process for a new upcoming CSQ. However, after changing the Team Name, Finesse Administrator and Finesse Desktop do not show the name change.
I made sure that I was logged out of both before I made the change in UCCX, but I cannot seem to get the change across to Finesse.
Any ideas? (For the Record, the name was changed from Sapphire Supply to SapphireSupply, I removed the space for conformity.

Can you try restarting the UCCX Notification Service and see if that helps.

Agents will not be able to change their state while the service will be restarting. Hence do it in after hours and update the result.

Is there an impact to production to restart this service or should I wait until after hours?

Also, I even tried deleting the team from UCCX and it didn't remove it from Finesse Admin or Desktop.
