Cisco UCCE Live data reports not working

Dear All,

We are running UCCE 11.5.1 and recently we uploaded CA-Singed certificates for Finesse, CUIC & Live data.

As per the guide, generate CSR and received the singed certificated from the vendor.

 I uploaded Finesse Root, intermediate and Application certificates in Finesse Primary node. For secondary uploaded only Application certificate and working fine.

For CUIC - uploaded CUIC  Root, intermediate and Application certificates in CUIC  Primary node and Application certificate for cuic secondary node.

For Live data uploaded Live data Root, intermediate and Application certificates in Live data  Primary node and Application certificate for cuic secondary node.

For Live data Servers Certificate Dependencies – Uploaded Live data root certificate to CUIC nodes.

restated service for all the nodes. Now we are facing the below issues. Live data reports are not working

and live data & cuic cli getting the below error.

Certificate name:VeriSign_Class_3_Secure_Server_CA_-_G3. der Unit:tomcat-trust Type:own-cert ][AppID=Cisco Certificate Monitor][ClusterID =][NodeID=CCELD01]: Certificate has Expired and needs to be changed at the earliest

please let me know how to fix this issue

Hi Kostia,

in Finesse , CUIC and live data servers showed "VeriSign certificate was expired on 02-08-2020"

below is the obtain Root & Application certificates showing valid as of 18-05-2022 

how to solve please check and advise.
