i faced an issue when i tried to open web page for UCCX SU4
System version: 8.5.1.11004-25
Please provide me urgent support for the following attached issue:

That version is ancient! End of life was announced nearly a decade ago. It’s a miracle it still works, especially since that version used CAD/CSD. Start planning an upgrade or migration to Webex Contact Center.
Anyway, you can try restarting Cisco Tomcat from the CLI. Looks like the webapp has crashed. If that doesn’t work you can try restarting the VM - but I’d be nervous touching a system that old at this point.

It seems that you have an issue with the Tomcat service, so try to restart the Tomcat from the CLI interface:
Use this command to restart the Tomcat server #utils service restart Cisco Tomcat
In addition, as @Jonathan Schulenberg mentioned, you must plan for a system upgrade as your current version is end-of-life.
