Cisco UCCX - Send a specic digit "1" as soon an agent answer a Call

Hello

I have a specific aplication that is delivering callback calls to a UCCX Queue. As soon as the agent answer a call it have the need to press 1 that will triger a transference to the customer number in the system that is managing the callbacks.

I would like to have a way to avoid the need to wait for the agent to press 1, and the generate the 1 automaticaly. I tryed to configure a SendDigitString in the conected branch of yje Select Resource Step of the Queue that receive that specific calls but it didnd't worked

Does anyone have any solution that involves changing the script or creating a workfow in finesse?

Regards

You need to do this from Finesse, not from the CCX script. A headless script that sends out a digit string is what you're after.

Hello David, can you please share some info that can guide me doing that?

Thanks in advance

To do this from the script you would have to create a different Contact and have that Contact send the digit string. The above has the caller's Contact trying to send the digit. Also, what are you sending the digit to?

The way I understand this is that the inbound call being sent to the agent is a callback from some other system. The agent then has to press 1 to accept the callback.
