Is it possible to customize the Wrap-up codes and generate reports with calls associated with each code?

Absolutely. You can do this in the desktop admin utility on your
UCCX server. Expand the workflow group assigned to the agents that you want to modify the wrap up data for and highlight "Wrap-up Data". Once opened, click on the "Modify List" button and create your wrap up data entries. Once you have applied these to the group, have your agents log out and log back in for the new data fields to be accessible.
