Cisco Unified Intelegence center( Reporting)

HI,

I am using CUIC 11.5 version for reporting purposes. recently my contact center service was down for which I had to restart all services. Since then, I am not able to generate any kind of historical report for agents.

Please help!!

Hi,


I am assuming your issue with UCCE CUIC,

Did you check the historical data base datasource reference status in CUIC?

Does this issue only for agent historical reports or affected by other
historical reports also?

Did you check the ucce HDS DB?
