cisco WFM training

Dear Networkers,

The course

“Deploying Workforce Management for Cisco Unified Workforce Optimization” is not available in the Cisco Certified Training Center anymore.

The training can be done only by Cisco. I can't find the schedule for this course for the year 2013 in the Cisco Site.

Can you please advice ?

Hi

I believe that because Nice is now new partner for Cisco Contact Center products like WFM and WFO. 

I think we are revamping the curriculum for the new courses.

Hi,

Its a bit late - but just noticed your question.  You can get the WFM training direct from the OEM Calabrio ( calabrio.com  ) or from us, www.housley.com.au - if you're looking for a class in the southern hemisphere.  I'm not 100% sure, but that's probably the only 2 places...Cisco took it off their Learning Partner course list last year.
