Hi Team,
I have created the script added to the workflow unfortunately Pop up window not coming and there is no information in the call.
I should get the call details like employee name , Incident Number , queue Name but nothing coming when call comes. Kindly suggest

Can you show what information you do receive? In other words, is it that you don't get a pop up, but you get normal variables, etc.? Also, what version?

I would like to get call information like Call queue, Employee ID, Employee Grade. I just made changes on the script and getting the call information now.
I need a suggestion . How do I integrate the service now with Fineese .

There are Solution Plus providers that have ServiceNow integrations with Finesse, or you can potentially do some of it yourself with your scripting/displays, it all depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
Can you share what you had to change to get the call information you needed so that it can help the next person?
