Hi All,
Did anyone face the below error on CVP 11.6. The call fails at the very beginning of the application. We get the below error logs: -
The error was: 'com.audium.server.voiceElement.internal.CiscoSubdialogStartElement' is not a valid voice element class.

I have not, but that element isn't required. You could delete it and see if the problem disappears.

Was your application written and running on an older version of Studio/VXMLServer?
Did you import it into Studio and Deploy to create a new runtime version of the app? Always a good idea if possible.
You could either delete the element entirely from the app, or replace it with a new CVP_Subdialog_Start element. This element changed many, many years ago. But, as I mentioned earlier, it's pretty much optional.
