Hello,
i installed my uccx as a new installation in version 11.5
My old promts from version 10.6 - i upload this file's to my new server.
But the telephone quality is very very bad.
What is the distinction of the wav file from version 10.6 and 11.5? an other wav format? Codec? a server setting?

Have you tried rebooting?
Make sure you upload the prompts after the reboot.
When you call into CCX what codec is being negotiated?

Assuming you aren't hitting a defect, it's possible that the two CCX clusters aren't set to the same codec. CCX does not transcode prompts. If the old cluster is set to G.729 while the new cluster is set to G.711 this would explain why the prompts aren't playing properly. You can see this under System Parameters.

the old server setting: g711
at first, i configure the new server with g729 and i change it to g711 (but without reboot)
Problem still exists :-(
