Is there a way to set the initial timeout in the Collect Digits step to a value less than 1? I have a script that invites callers to enter an extension number now, or hold for more options. A one second time out delay is too long but the step does not seem to accept anything less. Is there a syntax I should be following or is 1 the minimum value?

You are stating that the 1 second timeout for entering digits is.... too long ????

check VRU default list in ICM configuration manager--->interdigit value
ithink it's from 1-99
so 1 sec is the minimum.
