I have been trying to figure out a way to show the true service level when we have not had any calls offered yet. Currently the formula is: SUM(${Handled})/SUM(${Offered}). When there have been no calls offered yet the service level shows as 0%. I cannot find a way to impose a condition check in the formula, something like: IF(SUM(${Offered}) = 0,1.00,SUM(${Handled})/SUM(${Offered})). Is there a way to do conditional formulas for the Footer of a CUIC report?

It doesn't look like it, this is from the CUIC guide:
"If you enter a formula in a footer, the footer cannot interpret a specific database field."
