Configuration Manager

Hello there,

 

I am trying to add a new Call Type in the list, I see that you have to build it first in the Call Type List and the add it into the Dialed Number/ Script Selector List and made sure that it is setup correct here. I have done that and then I built a call flow and the call flow is complete from what I can tell. It is just a internal transfer script that a group is wanting to use. When I went to test it, I logged into to finesse as my agent ID who is in that skill group for this call flow and went available. I tried to transfer my call to this call flow and when I do I am getting a fats busy. Is there any steps in the initial setup that I might have missed. I have made sure that on the Script Selector List that I have it added on CVP1 and CVP2, not sure if there is anything on the call manager side that I am missing.

I got this figured out, I forgot to add the route pattern for this. I made the route pattern and now its working fine
