Configure and Verify External HDS for PCCE

Hi All,

I want to implement HDS for PCCE 10.5. Now, configuration is done follow cisco document and then I tried to query in HDS server but got nothing. How to make sure external database working fine? Please advice.

Hi, I am not sure with linked server,may be we have different word here. In PCCE call detail data historical report (in logger)is store for 40 day and if want longer than 40 day so HDS is needed. Any idea? Thanks Roy
