Configure IPPA (IP Phone Agent Service) for UCCX

Hi All,

Currently i am troubleshooting an issue with One Button Login/Logout for IPPA (IP Phone Agent Service) for UCCX 12.5.

only one agent able to login others unable to login,error Invalid user name/password.

end users are active LDAP users.

Can anyone suggests if the user ID and password we use are same as LDAP or the username/password we define on FIPPA profile for agents?

If your agents uses ldap Authentication it is the ldap password Else the password you set on cucm

CCX has had issues in the past with case sensitivity of the username. Is there a correlation between non-working users and uppercase characters in their username? If yes, are you able to login successfully when case matching the username?

Hi thanks for your reply.

As i checked they created static end users for agent login,but same issue.

in UCCX data sync i found XL down error.Further checking logs i found all tomcat self signed certificates expired in cucm and UCCX which is causing the AXL issue.
