Hi,
Is Unified contact center express 11.0 compatible with CUCME? If not, please suggest me the best way to use UCCE.

No, UCCX stopped being supported with CCX some time ago, either version 8.6 or 9 (don't recall exactly). Not sure about relevance of UCCE here, as that is not/never was and never will be supported with CME either. The only ACD solution with CCX is B-ACD functionality.

Shabber,
CME with UCCX is no longer supported starting version 9. Check the below Release Notes:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_9_0/release/guide/UCCX_BK_U1609442_00_uccx-release-notes.pdf
What do you mean by "please suggest me the best way to use UCCE"
Regards
Deepak

BE6K/BE7K is the same as CUCM, it's simply a product bundle running the same code with some sizing limitations, etc. If you are looking to purchase CUCM to replace your CME then I suggest you contact local Cisco partner for free quote and free CCX architecture (pre-sales) design. CUCM integrates with CCX as describer by the following compatibility guide:
