Context Service Registration Failed

When I try to register to Context Service from UCCX 11.6- Finesse admin - I get routed to the ccfs.ciscoccservice.com correctly and once I login and check Hybrid services node , it displays the below popup message for a few minutes before failing registration with error 

Context Service registration failed. Try again to register.

Context service has been enabled on the Webex Control Hub for our organization and my account has admin permissions. Could anyone please assist -

Hi Anu,

Can you please try to re-initiate registration request and collect logs?

Here is the command to capture logs from Finesse:

file get activelog ccbu recurs compress reltime hours 1

Also, please send me the org ID that is associated with your org admin credential.
