Create process error

Hi,

I am trying to install CAD in my windows XP machine. I connect to the DESKTOP_CFG share in the IPCC machine through a user who had full access rights to that shared folder. When ever i try to install the CAD, i get the following error

"Create process error : \\<ip address of the IPCC>\DESKTOP_CFG\Desktop\Agentins\Setup.exe"

Any help is appreciated.

I am running IPCC express 3.5.3 code

1.When running the installer don't use a network share to start the installer.

Use start-> run and put the full path.

2.Confirm that you are using the correct IP address
