Creating custom CUIC report

Hello Everyone,

I have an issue on CUIC 10.5 when creating a new report based on "real time call type" definition.

The problem is after clicking create new report and filling the needed data, the report does not show under reports.

I press OK (as show in the screenshot) then nothing happens.

Any idea where that create report is stored?

Can you provide screen shot of every steps? And when you click on the "OK", does the window go away? or just stay as it is?

Hello Abu Hadee,

I found the problem, and it was a browser compatibility. I switched to Mozilla firefox and the problem was solved. I looked into the compatibility matrix of UCCE 10.5 and it internet explorer is not longer supported.
