CRS admin user accidentallly removed

We are installing a 6.1.2 CUCM cluster with a CRS 5.0.2 server. One of our people was having issues with BAT and accidentally removed our crsadmin user. After adding it back in as a user in CUCM with the same password we still cannot access CRS administration. I tried resetting the password with the CRS Admin Utility with no success. What do we need to do here?

Use the CET tool to force the intialization wizard again. You can do this by following this:

1 . Start the Config Object Browser.

Go to start -> run and type "cet"

(or run cet.bat in the "C:\Program Files\wfavvid" directory )

2 . Select "com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig" from the config object type tree and double click on the row at the right pane.

3. Select the "com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig" tab and change the Setup State from "DONE" to "FRESH_INSTALL".

4. Restart the node manager.

5 . Login to the Appadmin with Administrator/ciscocisco credentials.

6 . This will lead to the initial setup

Thanks, Chris. That's great information.

Can anyone give me a little more detail on this? Does it affect anything else other then what http page it browses to or does it set the system to default?
