CRS:Not able to see Real Time Statistcs

Hi,

We are running CRS 4.0.

We are not able to view any real time statistics of the calls on CRS Real Time Reporting.And the Status shows NOT CONNECTED

Help me out !!

Have you tried restarting CRS engine? (Out of hours of course!)
