CS Gadget to add tagging / POD

Hello,

Did anyone tested the following? or if it is even possible to do the following?

Got some Email contacts registered on CS.

Is it allowed through the CS Finesse Gadget to edit those contacts? The goal is to add some Tags, in order to classify those contacts. Something like the WrapUp Reason Codes for Audio.

If it is not possible to edit on the Finesse Gadget, is it possible to edit on the CS page?

(using UCCX v11)

Hi Rui,

The finesse gadget currently doesn't have that functionality, but it is being continuously updated. Since it is deployed from the cloud you will automatically get the latest updates as soon as they are pushed into production.

Hi Rui,

Do you want to edit the Customer record? Yes you can from latest gadget.

Do you want to add Tags to the POD? Yes you can from the latest gadget.

If not, let me know which object do you want to modify, which field, is it part of Cisco base fieldset?
