I`ve having issues when lunching the CSD software after upgrading to UCCX 7.0.2
Can someone please provide any help why it`s doing so.

Hi Seifeddine-Tlili,
Please check if all the CAD\Desktop related services are running in the UCCX control center. Try restarting them once. If you have a High Availability setup please ensure that all the services mastership is owned by UCCX first node.
Open your CDA (Cisco Desktop Adminisrator) and try performing Directory Resync operation and see if it helps.
And also, you can uninstall the CSD completely and try restarting it one more time.

I`ve restarted the services and also performed a service directory sync but without any luck , also tried to unistall the CSD but same issues, CAD is working as expected but not the CSD
i`ll try and get some logs from the users machine and will keep you posted

Yep we update the CSD .... and still runnng the issue even after restarting the directory service..
