CSQ does not show up in CUIC report filters

CSQs were added to UCCX two weeks ago, but did not go live until yesterday. However, those particular CSQs are not showing up in the report filters for CUIC. Will those CSQs only show up once they've received calls?

Hi Joseph-

 

You may need to click the 'Refresh List' button on the filter page for the report.
