Hi ,
I was wondering what does it mean if primarycsd =-1 and csd1 and csd2 exsist in db_cra database.

CSD1 :First CSQ to which the call or the leg was queued.Null if the call or the leg was not queued.
CSD2:Second CSQ to which the call or the leg was queued, if applicable.Null if the call or the leg was queued to less than two CSQs.

Thank you. I do have this documentation.
Sorry if i did not put my question in properway. My question is how can a Q has primary CDS=-1 and then have csd1 a value.
Does that mean that the call directly goes to CSD1.what would this scenario be.
Thanks.

I believe this scenario occurs when the call was never answered by an agent.
According to the database schema mentioned above, primaryCSD has this definition:
CSQ that handled the call or the leg. Null if the call or the leg was not handled by an agent.
This would be consistent with an abandoned call, or a call where the script marked the call as handled, but dequeued and sent somewhere else (like voicemail).
