CTI-3-SOCKET_READ_EXCEPTION Error

I am seeing the following error on the system, has anyone had this error before and how did you resolve it

%UC_ICD_CTI-3-SOCKET_READ_EXCEPTION: %[Exception=java.io.EOFException][A description for the nature of the exception=ClientConnMgr: EOFException reading msg from input stream of socket : Socket[addr=127.0.0.1,port=47535,localport=12028,Client Id=][App ID=Cisco Unified CCX Engine][Cluster ID=][Node ID= (Subscriber)]: Exception while reading from a socket input.
