Does it mean that if IP Phone is registered to one CCM in cluster, then CTIManager service on that CCM server is active for ICM communications?

Hi,

not necessarily, phone will register to the node it has been assigned to by the TFTP Server, once the template has been downloaded.

The phone registration request, if the phone is to be controlled by a CTI application via a JTAPI user will be forwarded via the SDL like to one of the servers running CTI Manager, the so called CTI Manager provider.
