I am seeing a strange problem with my CTIOS trace:

I understand that 5003 is the peripheral ID of CUCM_PIM as shown in the below screen shot.

30080,30081,30082,30083 are my skillgroup number as shown below:

I have not configured anything as 2803, where am i getting this value from. Need your advice on this. Thanks.

I have even removed the skill group from the agent but in the CTIOS statistics it is showing 2803.

Hi,

can you do a

SELECT DefaultEntry,Deleted,PeripheralName,PeripheralNumber,SkillTargetID,EnterpriseName,Description FROM [instance]_awdb.dbo.Skill_Group on your AW and post the result?

Remember to replace [instance] with your actual ICM instance name.

Just a wild guess, but I believe the skill group you see is the Default SG.

G, you are right this is the default Skill group. Attaching screen shots:
