CUIC 10.5 export to Crystal Reports

Hello Experts -

We just upgraded from 8.5 to 10.5 which took us from UCCX Historical Reports to the web-based CUIC.

When I run a standard report, the only export option is to Excel.

Historical Reports allowed you to export to pdf, rpt, xls, and others.

Is there a way to export a CUIC report to Crystal reports?

In CUIC you can export in the following ways:

• Excel (from Export button in report, or from a scheduled report sent to email)
• PDF (from a scheduled report sent to email)
• CSV (from a scheduled report sent via SFTP to another server)
• In the body of an email (from a scheduled report sent to email)

There is no Crystal Reports option.

One potential option for you would be to have Crystal Reports connect directly to the UCCX database... though you'd likely have to re-write every report you need in Crystal Reports.
