CUIC 10.6 Abandoned Call Detail Activity Report

Hello,

When I run the Abandoned Call Detail Activity Report the ANI displays the number that transferred the call to the queue.  Is there a way to have the report show the original calling parties number? 

In this particular case a call comes in from an external number eg. 555-5555 and gets connected to an extension which later sends the call to the queue.

I tried checking the "dialed number" in the directory number configuration section for the UCCX trigger however, the ANI only shows correctly if I call the the triggers extension directly.

Unfortunately not, UCCX will treat the ANI which is dialing the CTI Route Point and not the one which called initially to the extension.
