CUIC Abandoned Call Report

Hi,

We have a UCCX running on version 11, Is there a report in the CUIC wherein we can see the amount/average number of caller that was abandoned on the queue for 30 seconds or 60 seconds or 90 seconds or 120 seconds.

There is no such stock report available within CUIC for this. You might need to look at creating a Custom Report. REfer below to find the list of all available stock reports and the fields they contain:
