Hello there, I'm on CCX/CUIC version 12.0. I'm trying to add to the "Agent State Summary by Agent Report" the name of the CSQ each agent has worked on, in order to split statics also by this key (agent - CSQ -Not Ready Time - Ready Time, etc...). I mean, any agent can work on different CSQs and I need to see this detailed information about that, along with the other data already in this report.
Is there a way to insert somehow this information?
