Hello Everybody,
I have a customer that has UCCX version 9.0.2.11001-24 (ES02-19) in a single mode (no HA). It seems that they have premium licenses since they have the email feature enabled.
Now when i try to access the CUIC reports from the "Configure reporting" tab, the CUIC button is greyed out as shown in the attached screenshot.
Any idea why the issue is happening?

Are you using the user who installed uccx? I've seen something similar before and I think the only way we resolved was to open a TAC case.
