CUIC Custom Time Range

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to use the custom date & time range in CUIC reports. We want a report that gives the stats for each day between 8am and 12pm for the last week but the report shows results for the afternoon as well.

Is this a bug or I am doing something wrong?

The attached document shows how we try to accomplish this task.

Thanks,

MK

Hi, so there are now only a few reports that have that feature. Cisco used to have more, but it seems like they've gotten away from it and going to the (for instance) Monday 8a-Tuesday noon that you don't want, instead of Monday 8a-noon and Tuesday 8a-noon that you want.
There are a few posts about it in the forum, here's an older one I found, but you'll likely (unless your specific report is still enabled for it) have to create a new report definition to get what you want.
