CUIC Report Error

Hi All,

We have an error reported by the customer when running reports from CCX that the data in the reporting function is not correct with relation to abandoned calls.

These are screen shots reported by the customer

handled plus abandoned does not equal the number of calls presented. See the below instances:

Product: Cisco Unified CCX Administrator
Version: 10.6.1.11002-15

Is this a known defect?

Have you looked at the manual to see how the column totals are calculated? Are there columns used in the calculation not shown in the report?

Is this a stock report or one the customer produced? Which report is this? If customer-produced, did they not include a column in the report that is used as part of the total calculation?

I don't use CUIC with UCCX; I'm in a UCCE environment so I'm not familiar with the CUIC/UCCX reports. I can look at my CUIC reports to see if there is a similar report since I don't have CSQ reports.
