CUIC Reporting on ECC Variables

I've applied scripting to one of my call menus that would record what option the caller selected, and I'm trying to get that over into a CUIC Report. Normally, that wouldn't be problem but I'm in the fun situation where all of my Call.PeripheralVariable values are being used by other Applications.  Am I out of luck? Can I work around that somehow? Thanks in advance!

Hi Kelin,

 

"While the Cisco pre-defined enterprise call variables are all written to the db_cra database and thus can be used in reporting, the ECC call variables are not written to the db_cra dabase and cannot be used in Cisco Unified CCX reporting."

 

I guess reporting is critical then you can continue using enterprise call variables and filter the report based on specific application name.
