Hello,
i created an an custom Agent Detail Report at the CUIC to see the flow from the callers.
Now i am wondering about duplicate Session ID's for the same caller.
This looks very strange to me.
Any idea how this could happen?
Thanks
Michael

What about the stock Agent Detail report, does it also show the duplicate Session ID's. If yes then paste both the reports along with the exact CUIC/UCCX version and the SQL statement that you get on top after running the report
