CUIC scheduler returns empty reports after a certain time period

Hi, i have a cuic scheduler sending report to a remote location (SFTP) .the starting time 12:00am to 11:30pm, interval of 30 mins. but after 6:30pm the report come in empty, hence missing some of the call data. is the something to do with the SQL propagating, idont know.please help.

Hi ,

Are you sure -   call center is ruining after 6:30 Hours. If yes, verify in ICM table.

Run the same query in SQL and verify. Might be start time and end time is wrong in your report query
