CUIC/UCCX Locale Update/Impact on holiday xml?

All,

I have a situation whereby I want to update the locale/language pack on CUIC/UCCX so the reports are in UK Format, but my question is will this change impact the format of my dates in my holidays.xml file? Will they also need updating to UK? (They are currently in US format)

Hi D,

I'm not 100% sure about this but I don't think it will change. I think it would help if we knew how your xml date and your "date today" gets parsed. Maybe you custom build your date to DD/MM/YYYY or something similar to your local date format using the date variables. I don't think the D[now] variable will change.

In addition to the date format, if you're storing your XML in the en_US folder in the document repository, I would be concerned about that.  Maybe the default folder would be best?
