Hi everyone,
has anyone run into problem with some user accounts for CUIC, that particular user cannot see teams, for "team" reports, where team is criteria, like in attachment (it is greyed out)?
Other reports for that user are ok. (When something else are used for reporting, by agent, by skill...)
Does anyone have a clue, what might be a problem?
It is UCCE v10.0 in question. (CUIC Version:

Can you display the value list configuration for the agent teams?
This could be due to not selecting all usres checkbox there.

thanks for reply.
Actually there wasn't at all agent teams value list in value list for that user!
Strange thing is that customer said that they used this report for last two years!?!
Nevertheless I made new agent teams value list in value list for that user(coped stock value list, in attachment),
but team field in report is still greyed out.

Hi Lazar,
Are you able to view the collection from value List for the agent team? also check from affected user account?
and please see the privilege/Permission of the user who try to view the value list?
try to assign the permission to user for the agent team value list and collection and see the result?
