Custom live data reports for UCCX 11.5

Can some one give me an idea how to customising livedata reports in CUIC - for UCCX 11.5 ?

Premium version of CUIC, dose not let create Live Dada - Data Sources, and documentation saying it is not supported.

Is there a work arrownd for that?

Hi Yossi,

You cannot customize the Live data report in UCCX (even with premium CUIC). Unfortunately, we dont have any workaround for this.

Can you please let me know what you are trying to customize?

Just wondering how you made out with this?  We have similar requests from our customers.  Looking to see how to solve this.
