Hi Josh,UCCE real-time reports pull data from AW Db and it refreshes every 15 sec.Live Data on the other hand is a pull based subscription which gives you CC data in real real-time i.e., 3sec max.Hope this helps.ThanksVikram GCUIC Product Manager
I assume this is UCCE deployment. Has the report templates been imported into the system?
I suggest you open a TAC case so that some one can debug this issue.
