Hello,
we try to integrate cisco cvp, vvb 11.5 with TTS engine.
Since we configure comprehencive call flow, configure vvb and asr\tts servers.
In call studio script we make test application (in proprties where are UTF-8 as default encoding), TTS is calling from audio element.
in VVB MIVR logs i can see that query to TTS Server is encoded with iso-8859-1. What can be the problem?

We're facing the similar issue, have fixed the issue? If so, can you please let me know the procedure to fix this issue.

Use ES53 which was released this week.
That has another fix for multi-lang where MRCP Msg length was calculated incorrectly.

Cisco has given a temporary patch for us already which resolved multi-language issue.
