CVP Integration to Oracle DB

Hello,

We have a UCCE environment and need to connect our CVPs to a customer's Oracle DB to pull some information and am wondering if the requirements listed in this link is still current for CVP v12.6 if I'm to use the Database element within Call Studio:

In addition, customer has a requirement to change the pwd every 3 months. If I change the pwd in the server.xml file, do I need to restart VXML service each time for the update to take effect?  Is there a different way of handling this so it doesn't require restarts? TIA

In CVP12.6.1 with a patch, you can enter the user and password within
the Call Studio Database element itself (instead of the context.xml or
server.xml). So changing the password would just require re-deploying
the Studio app.

Thank you Janine. I don't see the user/pwd option in the Database element but I have the base v12.6.1. I'll install the ES05 patch and see.

Installing ES05 did the trick. I do see it now. Question though, wanted to confirm I can remove those two fields from the server.xml file since it's in the DB element now?
