CVP Maintenance

Hi guys,

We are doing a maintenance plan for our CVPs. We are looking for sugestions regarding disk space and logs, what do you usually do? delete old logs, compress log files?

Do you backup the databases?

There is no database on CVP, only configuration in OAMP.  I never worry about deleting/compressing log files as those get overwritten when needed.

Apart from OAMP ( what Chris has mentioned ) , you may like to consider taking a backup the following.

1. Take a backup of OAMP configuration ( Using import / Export)

2. Custom VXML Scripts ( VXML Server)

3. Custom Audio Files ( media server , VXML Server)
