CVP reporting server upgrade to v9.0

Hello,

I am upgrading the contact center to version 9.0.

After upgrading all the CVP components I am now upgrading the CVP reporting server.

After unloading the database form the old server and loading it to the new server and updating the configuration in OPs, I cannot access the database details from Ops, it seems that the database is offline.

From the reporting server, when I try to start the Informix IDS-cvp service, I get the following message : "The Informix IDS-cvp service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

It seems that there is something that I am missing in the upgrade process.

Any suggestions and help are appreciated

Need to take a look the informix logs under the folder

C:\db\INFORMIX

and

C:\tmp
