The RONA work properly but, The issue is: when the last Agent doesn't answer, the call doesn't return in queue and we have the CVPerror wave.
Versions : ICM 7.1.3 with ES24, CVP 4.0.2 with network vru type 10 and CCM 4.2.3.
If i configure CVP with network type2 and 7, the rona is OK.
